Shipping and Delivery
At Thomas Online, every order is packed with care and dispatched from Whangarei.
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, sales events or public holidays, dispatch timeframes may extend slightly — but we always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.
We ship using NZ Post tracked services so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Please note: During public holidays and long weekends, courier volumes increase significantly and NZ Post networks can experience delays. While we dispatch promptly from Whangarei, delivery timeframes are outside of our control once parcels leave us.
